James Hardie HardiePlank can be fixed to the batten by hand nailing or by using a nail gun. We also stock HardieClip for extra strength when fixing HardiePlank® cladding.
The HardieClip should be placed over the top of the HardiePlank with the short leg facing outward on the centre of the batten. A nail should then be fastened through the centre perforated hole. At batten joints the clip should be placed centrally over two boards and fixed using the two outside holes.
