Our (colorcoat) rivets are suitable for mounting many types of facade panels on an aluminum subframe. They are available in both RVS/Aluminum and RVS/RVS.

Rivets and rivets for metal back assemblies

Rivets, also known colloquially as pop rivets or blind rivets, should of course not be missing from the range of a total supplier for ventilated facade construction. So these are also available at XL-Panel.

Our rivets are produced from stainless steel and/or aluminum.

The rivets are available as standard from 10mm to 25mm long. Other sizes are available on request. Of course we can also provide the rivets with the right color.

Maintenance and processing

For processing rivets, also known as blind rivets or blind staples, we recommend the XL Blind Rivet Pliers. These professional pliers are battery powered and come standard with 2 batteries, so you never stand still on the construction site (provided, of course, that the battery is temporarily recharged).

In case of any contamination, caused by environmental or climate influences (saw dust, soot deposits and/or flight rust), the rivets can be cleaned with water or a mild soap solution and a soft sponge. When using a soap solution, the facade should always be rinsed with water afterwards. The use of solvents or solvents is not recommended.
