For the processing of the various nails within our range, we naturally have appropriate processing advice, however, some standard rules basically apply.
- Always fix the nails with a nylon hammer or an air powered tacker.
- Never use a steel hammer, this will damage the nail.
- Always ask for a (video) demonstration if you want to use a tacker system.
- In coastal areas, always use A4 grade stainless steel (if possible).
Should contamination occur due to environmental or climatic influences (sawdust, soot deposits or salt in coastal areas) you can clean the nails with water or a mild soap solution. Always use a soft sponge for this purpose.
Do you use a soap solution? If so, always rinse the facade with water. We strongly discourage the use of solvents or solvates.
Always follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the relevant wall cladding panel. Should these not be available, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are also available for technical advice or customization.
