Description
Dynaplus Hinge screw outdoor are specially designed for mounting door and window hinges and fittings. The head diameter of the screw is slightly smaller than the Universal screw and fits perfectly into the screw holes of the hinge.
The head has no serrations and a special shape which provides for a nice and smooth finish in the screw holes. The Hinge screw outdoor are very strong, but still flexible, the chance of breaking the head during installation is, because of that, very small. The coated version is developed to be used in combination with coated hinges and fittings and locks. The silver coloured AR-coating C4 matches perfectly with the coating found on hinges.
Several brands like AXA®, BSW® and Maco® developed hinges with a coating for special applications where stainless steel is not an option. For example environments which contain salty or chemically polluted air or even acidic environments. Our Dynaplus® hinge screws with AR-coating are the perfect and durable combination for these coated hinges. Another good combination is with acid modified wood like Accoya®.
