Original Rockpanel nails for timber sub-frames.
There are many fixing options for Rockpanel boards, varying from visible fixings to semi-visible options to even completely invisible fixing methods: The fastest and cheapest way is to work with a Nail (on a roll).
For a semi visible fixing on a timber sub-frame, we offer 2 different length ring shank nails in stainless steel or with a coated flat head in the size Ø 6 mm.
The Original Rockpanel nails are produced from an A4 aisy 316/ EN 1.4401 stainless steel. The nails are available in all Rockpanel colors.
Equipped with a Qualicoat scratch-resistant coating that is resistant to weathering.
These nails can be ordered in a box of 200 pieces or on a coil.- 32 mm nail: The most used Rockpanel nail.
This nail is used for any application like exterior cladding, soffits, fascia’s and gutter finishes.
This nail is also used to fix the Rockpanel ply boards.- 40 mm nail: This nail is used to fix 10 mm Rockpanel boards or boards fixed as ship-lap in the traditional way with two boards on top of each other.
Processing
Always process Colorcoat nails with a special plastic hammer or with a high-pressure tacker.

Maintenance
In case of possible soiling caused by environmental or climatic influences (e.g. saw dust during facade construction, soot deposits, escape rust in coastal areas, etc.), the nails can be cleaned with water or a mild soap solution and a soft sponge.
If using a soap solution after cleaning, rinse the facade with water.
The use of solvents or solvents for cleaning is not permitted.
