Description
The Starprofile is intended exclusively for vertical corners. Depending on the type of profile, the corner can be emphasized with an additional accent or minimally emphasized. If there are joints with horizontal seams along the profile, an EPDM foil is recommended. This is to give the battens maximum protection against rainwater penetration.
The Starprofile is of high quality and are used for James Hardie, Eternit & Wooden facade and interior construction. As standard, these profiles (working material number AlMgSi0.5) are supplied in lengths of 3.000 m with a natural anodized surface treatment of 15 Mu. XL-Panel can supply these specific profiles on a project basis in any NCS, Sikkens or Ral design color.
The XL profiles are powder-coated that is produced with the Qualicoat® quality label in the standard Ral colors. There is also a choice of gloss levels of 78% (gloss) or 58% (matt). Furthermore, the material thickness of at least 1.5 mm guarantees a (minimal) risk of buckling of the profiles at free span.
