Corner jointing profile F is ideal in places where there is no room for a batten as a substructure. Using the corner jointing profile, Rockpanel can be ideally fixed and connected to a frame, for example. The corner jointing profile is intended exclusively for vertical applications. To guarantee the durability of the construction and where the wood meets the profile in particular, Rockpanel recommends painting it so that rainwater or capillary water has no chance of attacking the woodwork. The corner jointing profile can be mechanically attached to the frame, for example, after which the Rockpanel panel is inserted into the profile.
The Corner jointing profile F is of high quality and are used for Rockpanel facade and interior construction. As standard, these profiles (material number AlMgSi0.5) are supplied in lengths of 3.055 meters with a natural anodized surface treatment of 15 Mu. XL-Panel can supply these specific profiles on a project basis in any NCS, Sikkens or Ral design color. The powder-coated profiles are produced with the Qualicoat® quality label in the standard RAL colors. There is also a choice of various gloss degrees of 78% (gloss) or 58% (matte). Furthermore, the material thickness of at least 1.1 mm guarantees a (minimal) chance of buckling of the profiles at the location of a free span.
