Description
At the top (lintel) of the window, the lintel profile can be used. Lintel profile and corner profile together provide a uniform window frame. Holes at the bottom of the back of the profile prevent water from staying in the profile. To give the vertical rails behind the joints maximum durability and to protect them from moisture penetration, EPDM jointing tape should be used on the rails.
The Lintel profile is of high quality and are used for Eternit facade and interior construction. As standard, these profiles (working material number AlMgSi0.5) are supplied in lengths of three meters. with a natural anodized surface treatment of 15 Mu. XL-Panel can supply these specific profiles on a project basis in any NCS, Sikkens or Ral design color. Powder-coated profiles are produced with the Qualicoat® quality label in the standard Ral colors. There is also a choice of various gloss degrees of 78% (gloss) or 58% (matt).
