We have an XL assortment of cladding panel screws for Rockpanel®, Trespa®, Eternit®, Plastica®, JamesHardie®, Cembrit® and various other board materials and/or facade parts. From our core values we structurally choose for quality, so that we can be sure of a qualitatively good and functional end product.

This applies to both the choice of material for the component and during the entire powder coating process. It is therefore a conscious choice of XL to outsource the powder coating process to specialists.

Technical Support

We are good at (technically) supporting our relations, our partners Dijkman Coating and Span Finishing are good at handling our products, this way we guarantee our quality and ensure a high quality end product.

XL-Panel wouldn’t be XL-Panel if it wasn’t constantly looking for innovative ways to improve its products and service, we constantly test our materials for quality, we do our own tensile tests on location and we continue to study the constantly changing processing regulations.

Processing and maintenance

For the processing of the various screws within our range, we naturally have appropriate processing advice, however, a few standard rules basically apply.

Always fasten with a standard screwdriver, try (especially in the case of drilling screws) not to use an impact drill.
Never use a magnetic bit holder. (Magnetic bit holders attract steel shavings, this increases the risk of fly rust).
Always replace the supplied bit with a new pack, as the bit also wears out.
In coastal areas always use (if possible) stainless steel A4 quality.
Should contamination occur due to environmental or climatic influences (sawdust, soot deposits or salt in coastal areas) you can clean them with water or a mild soap solution. Always use a soft sponge for this.
Do you use a soap solution? If so, always rinse the facade with water. We strongly discourage the use of solvents or solvates.
Always follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the relevant wall cladding panel. Should these not be available, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are also available for technical advice or customization.

XL has its own product lab, where we can analyze the color exactly. So the color is not quite sure? Feel free to send us a sample, we will ensure the best matching color and a successful end result.
